Dear Penelopes,
HELLO!!!!
Here I am talking to all of you again, after a while away from Blogging. I have been pretty bussy latelly, working in my usual work during day and knitting during nights.
I have been browsing the internet also, and (as you may see) I have found lots of interesting things to share and do and learnt a lot!
It is incredible how one grows in knitting and reading patterns if you just knit and knit. A good way too for keeping a away from cigarretts, too... as I still have not quitted though I have tried (not too much if I want to be honest... I did quit some years ago... and for 6 YEARS!!!!! I still do not know WHY I returned to this horrible habbit. So: Yes, a good way to keep my hands in something a little bit more useful than an unhealthy cigarrette.
One thing I love doing is "collecting" nice, quick, different and colorful patterns to use my yarn leftovers with!!!! Today I am happily sharing this with you all, hope you love them!
I generally use them when I need to drive my attention away from a big proyect and see something finished quickly. So I choose funny and colorful left over yarns and start knitting either flowers, tea cozies, pencil cases (as the ones below), pot holders, etc.
Today I am starting a new section in my blog... something like an INTERNET PATTERN DISCOVERY section... my today INTERNET discovery to share with you is below!!! Enjoy. I took this pattern from a Blog I love:
http://miva63crochet.blogspot.com/
I will happily receive any pattern (remember: quick and easy) you might want to send me and will choose one per day to surprise me all)
Crochet is an art. Arts and hobbies are about passion, magic shared moments, friends, feelings... they are about life... When I decided to start this Blog it was just about that...Making new friends and specially keeping and sharing with my all-of-my-life-Friends. I became a knitting adict.I just can´t help myself getting into any YARN shop I find and buy nice, different, new yarns and textures. I enjoy combining yarns in warm round sweaters. It is all about letting yourself dream.
